For most orders, please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery, but below outlines further specifics surrounding processing times for different products. We use this time frame as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases, orders arrive before the maximum time frame.

Free Shipping Exceptions
International orders are not eligible for free shipping, regardless of order total.
We also exclude certain specialty items from our $99.99+ free shipping offer, including: Slider Box
These items require special packaging, custom fulfillment, or ship from different locations, which aren’t covered by our free shipping threshold.
Shipping Issues
If there is an issue with the shipping address you provided, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, Insane Haunt Productions is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Insane Haunt Productions utilizes third-party shipping services and cannot request changes to the shipping address after the order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be eligible for a refund or reshipment only after the returned item has been received. Reshipment charges will apply for all orders requiring reshipping due to incorrect addresses. No refunds or reshipments will be issued until the item is returned to our facility.
