Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, depending on the order, we’ll send you a return shipping label, or request you provide a shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Promotional Period Modifications:
Orders placed during active promotional giveaway periods may be subject to modified return eligibility, entry adjustments, and/or final-sale terms after the promotion ends. Please review the applicable promotion’s Official Rules and Return Policy Addendum for details.
Incorrect Address Policy
Once an order has been processed, Insane Haunt Productions is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Insane Haunt Productions utilizes third-party shipping services and cannot request changes to the shipping address after the order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be eligible for a refund or reshipment only after the returned item has been received. No refunds or reshipments will be issued until the item is returned to our facility. Reshipment charges will apply for all orders requiring reshipping due to incorrect addresses.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items All items purchased prior to October 31st cannot be returned after October 31st of the same year. Any items purchased after October 31st will be subject to the regular return policy.
International Orders We accept returns for international orders; however, you are responsible for return shipping using a reliable carrier. Upon receiving the return, we will issue a refund for the total amount of your order, excluding the original shipping cost.
Please note that any import fees or duties required for delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
