10K GIVEAWAY — RETURN POLICY ADDENDUM(Applies only to orders placed during the 10K Giveaway Promotion Period)
During the IHP 10K Giveaway promotion period, the following additional terms apply to returns/refunds for any orders placed on insanehauntproductions.com:
- Entry Adjustment: If an order is returned or refunded (fully or partially), giveaway entries associated with the refunded/returned merchandise subtotal will be reduced or voided proportionally.
- Final Sale After Promotion Ends: To prevent promotional abuse, all orders placed during the 10K Giveaway Promotion Period become final sale once the promotion ends. After the promotion ends, these orders are no longer eligible for return or refund, except where required by law.
- Defects: Defective items will be handled under IHP’s standard defect/warranty process (replacement or comparable remedy). Defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Size Availability / Exchanges: Size exchanges may be offered at IHP’s discretion, subject to availability. No cash refunds will be issued after the promotion ends for orders placed during the promotion period.
By placing an order during the promotion period, you agree to this Addendum and the Official Rules.
