The Sweepstake begins on February 20th, 2026 and ends only when both conditions are met:

1. April 1, 2026 has passed, AND
   
2. The official @insanehauntproductions Instagram account reaches 10,000 followers.
   

• If IHP reaches 10,000 followers before April 1, 2026, the Sweepstakes still continues until April 1, 2026.
  
• If April 1, 2026 occurs before 10,000 followers are reached, the Sweepstakes continues until 10,000 followers are reached.
  

Follower count is determined by IHP using Instagram analytics and visible follower count.

A) Purchase Entries

During the Promotion Period, you will receive one (1) entry per $1.00 USD of merchandise subtotal spent on insanehauntproductions.com.

Important entry rules:

• Entries are based on merchandise subtotal only (before tax and shipping).
  
• Taxes and shipping do not count toward entries.
  
• Discounts reduce subtotal and therefore reduce entry totals.
  
• Bulk orders are allowed; there is no maximum entry cap.
  

B) Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges (Entry Adjustments)

• Returns and refunds void entries associated with the returned/refunded subtotal amount.
  
• Partial refunds reduce entries proportionally.
  
• Exchanges: If an exchange occurs and a paid subtotal remains, entries remain based on the final retained subtotal.
  
• IHP may audit orders and adjust entry totals to prevent abuse.
